This beautiful new build, designed by TFQ Architects and situated overlooking the sea in one of East Devon’s most picturesque locations, Budleigh Salterton, was built with one objective – to make the most of the view.
Until a couple of years ago this 1890’s Buckinghamshire home had a small ugly draughty 1960’s built extension. Mr & Mrs Habel decided the time had come to remove the extension so Mr Habel decided to take the task on and manage the project himself.
This West London terrace house was lovingly renovated after the owners had lived in it for 25 years.
The house already had an extension to the rear of the property but a modern space with much more light and better insulation, providing greater energy efficiency was required by this couple to become a new stylish dining area.
In 2009 Sunfold were asked to supply and install folding sliding doors for the Davies family. Having lived in this Victorian property in south west London for over 20 years they had decided to extend the family home to create a large open plan kitchen dining area.
This home was built by Mr and Mrs Thomas as their first venture at self-building. The property was architecturally designed by Evans & Traves Architecture in consultation with town planning and the owners.
This family home built in the 1990’s has been transformed with the addition of a new kitchen extension.
This 1930’s built home in Warwickshire was recently extended and rooms were changed around in order to create a large lounge. The re-design of the ground floor space was carried out so that a cloakroom could also be added and the kitchen was moved to the front of the property.
In 2003 a retired Architect, a founding partner of Bowker Sadler Partnership Limited, saw the potential offered by this plot in the most idyllic of locations at Portmellon in Cornwall.
