Interior doors for Lamaid Homes developers

Interior doors for Lamaid Homes' Esplanade Court apartment project - When Lamaid Homes was looking for internal doors to enhance the aesthetics of its new luxury development at Esplanade Court in Frinton-on-Sea, the developers turned to interior door specialist in-doors for a complete door system that would meet the design requirements as well as tight deadlines.

Located at one of the most sought after positions on Frinton seafront, Esplanade Court is a contemporary art deco design that consists of eight spacious three-bedroom apartments. To fit with the unique architecture, design and safety of the building, Lamaid Homes required complete door sets for the apartments to act as both room divides and to create extra light and space through glazed door panels.

The Quer in-doors range of real wood veneer interior doors was perfect for the job using cross grain light oak and mid-section glazed panels to complement the interior finishing of the project. The Quer range is also suitable as fire doors to meet with strict fire safety regulations and the same as all of the in-door range all doors and frames, they are available as standard or rebated with a gasket seal around the inside of the frame to provide good soundproofing and draft insulation.
