Having spent many years in the glazing business from the mid seventies to late eighties, we saw huge changes within the industry, and decided to take things to the next stage as a natural progression.
In 1989 we launched our first set of folding sliding doors, but is was not a good time in the UK with raging inflation and businesses having great financial strains had a knock on effect with the industry. However, we persevered and gradually architects took note and began to use the concept of folding sliding doors, to give added space and light, but still the window industry dragged their feet.
We then embarked on more choice and improved our systems to accommodate the burgeoning trend towards the doors. We have spent the last few years in setting trends and reacting to people's requirements. We have sent our door systems as far a field as New Zealand and more commonly to the United States and the Caribbean.
We strive to improve and innovate; to stay the market leaders, we now have a thriving business, in not only folding sliding doors, windows, and conservatories, but have added to our portfolio, with the advent of internal doors sets. Many developers and builders are now moving over to our specialised internal doors which are manufactured in Germany and can be viewed on our website, especially the all glass doors.
