Showcasing its new-look website, Sunfold Systems continues to focus on its already strong levels of customer service with not only its on-line presence but also introducing an extended warranty agreement for its customers.
Exhibiting at the this year’s National Home Improvement Show, Sunfold Systems will be showing visitors its extensive range of doors and windows along with the brand new website.
The new re-vamped website will provide customers with comprehensive information about the group’s products and services, along with the latest in news and developments within the industry. After working closely with its web developers, the website will include clear navigation; detailed product information; examples of completed work; easy search and contact options as well as a wide selection of downloadable files to provide a perfect information source for users.
Sales and marketing director, Lizzy Steward commented: “Offering the optimum level of service to our customers is really important to us and we’re very dedicated in making the Sunfold experience as easy and beneficial as possible. The new website will give our clients the ability to both find the product which best suits their needs and provide them with the exact level of information they require dependent on their own situation. Our products are used in some of the most luxurious surroundings and to have a platform where we can truly show their quality and the level of expertise used to install them will be ideal for the Sunfold Group and our brand.”
The website will also include a new commercial area related to its new division Sunfold Commercial which caters for large scale window and door projects for a broad spectrum of customers within the building and construction industries.
Customer service is currently top of Sunfold Systems’ agenda and through recognising the needs of its customers, has now also extended its warranty agreement on a number of its aluminium frame systems. The guarantee which was 5 years but with an additional price to upgrade, has now been increased to ten years as standard and as a good will gesture has been back dated to May for all previous customers who had signed up within that time frame prior to the announcement on select products.
To experience the full potential of Sunfold’s key products, the Sunfold team will be on hand at the National Home Improvement Show at Earls Court on 30th September to 2nd October on stand 718 to demonstrate both the design and usability of its products which will include the latest products in the portfolio, the SFK20:20 aluminium folding sliding door and the SFCW50:50 window system.
